In this hybrid of slasher film and sexploitation, a mad killer is stalking the staff at a secluded nursing academy. Who will be the next victim and why does the killer carve a \'V\' into the bodies of his beautiful female victims?

Description

The Florence Nightingale Institute has a reputation for training highly respected nurses. Unfortunately, director Doctor Dorian Cabala (Sebastian Brook) has peculiar and perverted rules. To make matters worse, a killer begins preying on the students, leaving their abdomens with three star-shaped punctures. As the trainee nurses prepare to stage their own version of ‘Doctor jekyll and Mr. Hyde’ two cops (Donn Greer and Gray Daniels) keep an eye on Doctor Cabala and his charges.

A man commits a series of murders due to his dual personalities and his zodiac birth sign. An awkward mash of sexploitation and horror, the film centres on The Florence Nightingale Institute, a training facility for nurses, where a killer with a split personality is murdering staff and students alike.
